I had a really busy day ahead of me this morning so I woke up early, had breakfast, got dressed, finished wrapping Christmas presents and headed out the door. I walked out to my car and noticed something next to it, but it wasn’t until I opened my passenger side door that I noticed the object was my driver’s side window that was smashed out and on the pavement! Talk about a panic attack! I quickly took inventory of everything in my car. GPS- missing… iPod nano- missing… iPod Dinosaur- missing. I didn’t even leave these things in plain sight! I hid them in the center console so if you looked in, the car would appear to be empty. I called Andy crying like a five year old because I couldn’t rationally think of what to do next. Then I called the police, called my insurance company, and filed a report with the apartment complex. Now I just get to sit and wait until the cops take my statement and I can find an auto glass place that won’t charge us $400.
